WORK MEETING 6:30 PM a. Discussion of Parcel # V-2140-A-4-A-1 CUP Extension b. Discussion of Water rates c. Discussion of July 4 committee - Shelley Bullock, Rici Auger, & TC Member B. REGULAR MEETING 7:00 PM 1. Call to Order-Mayor, Matthew Spendlove 2. Invocation/Pledge of Allegiance 3. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 4. Consent Agenda: Possible Approval of Items 5 & 6. 5. Possible approval of February Checks & Invoices. 6.Possible of February 27, 2019 Draft Minutes and March 13, 2019 Draft Minutes. 7. Update from Sheriff's Department-Nate Brooksby. 8. Review with possible approval or denial of Planning and Zoning recommendation to approve Parcel # V-2-1-21-20001 Zion Sunset Resort CUP application. 9. Review with possible approval or denial of extension of Conditional Use Permit for Parcel # V-2140-A-4-A-1, to include 'to begin project by July 2020'. 10. Motion to CLOSE Public Meeting and Open the Public Hearing to accept in put on the following items: a. Increase on Water Rates. b. Amend Fee Schedule 11. Motion to CLOSE the Public Hearing and re-open the Public Meeting. 12. Review with possible approval of Resolution # R2019-C increasing the water rates. 13. Review with possible approval of Resolution # R2019-D Amending Virgin Town Fee Schedule. 14. Review with possible approval of Impact Fee Study proposal. 15. Review with possible approval or denial of Planning and Zoning recommendation to approve Ord. 2019-2, an Ordinance restating Ch. 8 - Town Standards, Conditions and Conditional Uses. 16. Review with possible approval or denial of Planning and Zoning recommendation to approve Ord. # 2019-8 amending, renumbering and restating Ch. 20 sections 20.1-20.6 Commercial Zone. 17. Review with possible ratification for concrete work at the Old Town Park. 18. Open Forum:Limit 2 minutes per speaker 19. Council Comments: 20. Executive Session: If necessary C. ADJOURN PUBLIC MEETING: 21. Approve Motion to Adjourn Public Meeting
