Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Ordinance # 2019-8 amending, renumbering and restating (VULU) Chapter 20 - sections 20.1 - 20.6 - Commercial Zone. 8. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny a proposed Conditional Use Permit for a property zoned as Highway Resort Zone located approximately South of SR9 at 393 W, Virgin, UT. 9.
