Acreage: approximately 1.6. Location: 8291-8315 West 3595 South. Planner: Diana Martinez 30887 - Byron Prince on behalf of Kennecott Utah Copper LLC is requesting approval to rezone approximately 9.10 acres of property from the A-1 z/c (Agricultural w/zoning conditions of exclusion of duplexes and dwelling groups) zone to the R-1-4 (Single-Family residential) zone.
