Council Attorney Comments ACTION ITEMS UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. An Ordinance amending the Future Land Use Map of the Alex White General Plan, Title 17 of the South Salt Lake City Code, and the South Salt Lake City Zoning Map to Rezone three parcels, totaling 1.69 acres, located at 441 E 3900 S from General Planned Commercial use to High Density Residential and from the Commercial Corridor District (CC) to a new Granite Lofts Multifamily Townhome District (GLT) 2. A Resolution of the City of South Salt Lake City Council Mark Kindred Adopting a Policy Regarding Gender Pay Equity NEW BUSINESS 1. A Resolution of the City of South Salt Lake City Council Craig Burton Approving the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between South Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County for the County to Conduct Primary and General Municipal Elections for 2019 2. A Resolution of Support of House Bill 204 amending the Sharla Bynum Employment Selection Procedures Act to prohibit an Employer from inquiring into an applicant's compensation history Public Hearing - 7:30 (Or As Soon Thereafter As Possible) To receive public input regarding proposed amendments to all 2018/2019 fund budgets 1. Kyle Kershaw, for the City to present information and answer questions 2. Open Public Hearing 3. Receive Public Input 4. Close Public Hearing 5. Discussion by the City Council 6. At Conclusion of Discussion by the Council, Motion and Second by Council a. To move action until a future specified meeting date; b. To take it to a work meeting for further discussion; or c.
