PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 19th day of February, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation - Zachary Damm C. Pledge of Allegiance - Kassi Bybee D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Froerer E. Public Comments (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of warrants #1699-1707 and #436594-436970 in the amount of $1,090,460.90. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $164,842.46. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on February 12, 2019. 4. Request for approval of a new beer license. 5. Request from the Golden Spike Event Center for approval to surplus office equipment. 6. Request from the Clerk/Auditors Office approval to refund $1,257.54 in property taxes on parcel 15-005-0098 for 2018 tax relief. 7. Request for approval of an Elective Service Benefit Agreement by and between Weber County and Terry Thompson. 8. Request for approval of Retirement Agreements by and between Weber County and the following individuals: Brian Johanson Roland Hawkins Kathryn Pudlock G. Action Items 1.
