Declaration of Conflict of Interest - None 3. Review and possible approval of the draft minutes for December 12th, 2019 and December 27th. 2019. C. PUBLIC HEARING: 4. Motion to CLOSE the Public Meeting and OPEN the Public Hearing OPEN PUBLIC HEARING to allow public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VIRGIN TOWN'S OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY RE-ZONING APPROXIMATELY .72 ACRES OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1941 E 50 S VIRGIN, UTAH PARCEL NUMBER V-2144-A-7 ('SUBJECT PROPERTY') FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION OF RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO HIGHWAY RESORT ZONE. b. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1941 E 50 S VIRGIN, UTAH PARCEL NUMBER V-2144-A-7. 5. Motion to CLOSE the Public Hearing and OPEN the Public Meeting Open Forum: Limit 2 minutes per speaker: D. PUBLIC MEETING 6. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed ordinance amending Virgin Town's Official Zoning Map by re-zoning approximately .72 acres of real property located at approximately 1941 E 50 S Virgin, Utah parcel number V-2144-A-7 ('subject property') from its present designation of Rural Residential to Highway Resort Zone. 7. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed a conditional use permit for property located at approximately 1941 E 50 S Virgin, Utah parcel number V-2144-A-7. 8. Discussion of Chapter 20 Commercial Zone 9. Discussion of Conditional and Permitted Uses 10. Discussion of Chapter 4 Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations - Lighting 11.
