AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VIRGIN TOWN'S OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY RE-ZONING APPROXIMATELY .72 ACRES OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1941 E 50 S VIRGIN, UTAH PARCEL NUMBER V-2144-A-7 ('SUBJECT PROPERTY') FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION OF RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO HIGHWAY RESORT ZONE. b. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1941 E 50 S VIRGIN, UTAH PARCEL NUMBER V-2144-A-7. This notice was published in The Spectrum on February 2, 2019.
