1. An Ordinance of the City of South Salt Lake City Council Mayor Wood
Amending the Future Land Use Map of the General Plan,
Title 17 of the South Salt Lake City Code, and the South Salt
Lake City Zoning Map to rezone three Parcels, totaling 1.69
acres, located at 441 East 3900 South from General Planned
Commercial use to High Density Residential and from the
Commercial Corridor District (CC) to a new Granite Lofts
Multifamily Townhome District (GLT)
