Public hearing on a legislative application to revise the Accessory Dwelling Unit standards for the RE-20 and R-1 Zones Public hearing on a legislative application to revise the setback and use standards for the C-1, C-2, CP-1 and CP-2 zones, Streetscape Standards, and adding convenience stores as an allowed use in commercial zones In compliance with the ADA individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-782-7211 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
