Motion to CLOSE the Public Meeting and OPEN the Public Hearing OPEN PUBLIC HEARING to allow public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING (VULU) CHAPTER EIGHT - TOWN STANDARDS, CONDITIONS, AND CONDITIONAL USES. b. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING (VULU) CHAPTER NINE - DIVISION OF LAND. c. ZONE CHANGE FOR PARCEL NUMBER V-2-1-21-20001. *TABLED WILL BE RE-NOTICED* d. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY AT APPROXIMATELY SOUTH OF SR9 AT 393 W, VIRGIN, UT 4. Motion to CLOSE the Public Hearing and OPEN the Public Meeting Open Forum: Limit 2 minutes per speaker: D. PUBLIC MEETING 5. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed an ordinance amending and restating (VULU) Chapter Eight - Town Standards, Conditions, and Conditional Uses. 6. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed an ordinance amending and restating (VULU) Chapter Nine - Division of Land. 7. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Conditional Use Permit for property at approximately South of SR9 at 393 W, Virgin, UT 8. Discussion of Chapter 8 Town Standards, Conditions, and Conditional Uses and the various sub sections found within. 9. Discussion of Chapter 20 Commercial Zone and the various sub sections found within. 10. Discussion of Chapter 13 - Recreational Vehicle and Travel Trailers and the various sub sections found within.
