Richard and Julie Hatfield - Building Permit
Richard and Julie Hatfield made application for a building permit for a home located on Lot 4 of Nebo Vale Subdivision. The plans have been approved by the Mona City Building Inspector, and all paperwork is complete, with the exception of a deed. The Hatfields have irrigation and culinary water that has been dedicated to the lot, and will transfer to their names when the lot is purchased by them. The commission expressed concerned with the irrigation water, and the amount of irrigation water needed for larger lots. Commission consensus held that the City Council and the Irrigation Company would need to further study this issue to decide how to handle large lots in the future.
Commissioner Mecham made a motion to forward the Hatfield Building Permit application to the City Council with a positive recommendation, contingent upon receiving the deed with the water transferred to the Hatfield's name. Commissioner Stanley seconded the motion. The vote of the Commission was unanimous in favor of a positive recommendation with the above contingency.
