- STATE RECORDS COMMITTEE MEETING Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Utah State Archives Building 346 S. Rio Grande St. Salt Lake City, UT 84101 NOTE: The Chair may recess at 12:00 p.m. and may reconvene at 12:30 p.m. for lunch when there are three or more hearings scheduled. AGENDA HEARINGS: Patrick Sullivan v. Utah Department of Corrections: Requesting access to records outlined in his three requests, #37966, #38235, and 38236. Michael Clara v. Salt Lake City Mayor's Office: Requesting a fee waiver for current traffic count records and associated documents in reference to the Salt Lake City Transportation Division lane reduction project related to Poplar Grove area. Wayne Crawford v. Salt Lake County: Requesting the name of the person who took photos of an alleged code violation on Mr. Crawford's property. This appeal was received by Rosemary on October 4, 2018. Lyle Fletcher v. Utah County Attorney's Office: Requesting additional documents in his case file classified as work product, attorney-client privileged, or controlled and a fee waiver for them. Kit Kosakowski v. Wasatch County: Requesting access to denied Public Comment Response Records, classified as protected per §63G-2-305(17) & (18). Brady Eames v. 5 Entities (formerly 11 Entities): Requesting access to records related to opinions, interpretations, and correspondence regarding bonds filed by elected or appointed officers of certain governmental entities. Brady Eames v. Utah Local Government Trust (ULGT): Requesting electronic access to ULGT records and not at the North SL Office. Requesting a fee waiver for the cost to prepare records to view and inspect. Brady Eames v. Utah Local Government Trust (ULGT): Requesting access to inspect public officer's bonds filed by those persons elected or appointed public officers of ULGT. Brady Eames v. Salt Lake City Municipal Corporation: Requesting surety penal bonds of 22 public officials and constitutional oaths of 19 public officials. WITHDRAWN/POSTPONED HEARINGS: Eames v. 11 Entities: Petitioner withdraws his appeal regarding Providence City, Nibley City, Hyrum City, River Heights City, Wellsville City, and the Governor's Office. BUSINESS: Discussion: Approval of November 8, 2018, SRC Minutes, action item Retention Schedules, action item SRC appeals received, report Cases in District Court Other Business Next meeting scheduled for January 10, 2019 @ 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Committee members able to attend next scheduled meeting.
