Discussion on Mark Haroldson Placing Signs on County Property. 5. Dax Reid, representative for NRCS Zone 3, requests approval to add Midway Fish Hatchery 'old hatchery and raceways removal plan' to the previously approved EA revision regarding the Tri-Valley Watershed (1997 EA). Located in Section 2 of Township 4 just SE of Hwy 113 and 850 S, Midway, UT. 6. Dax Reid, representative for NRCS Zone 3, in partnership with CUWCD, requests approval to add additional planning and implementation of Timpanogos and Wasatch Canals regarding lining, piping, breach prevention and agricultural water management to the previously approved EA revision regarding the Tri-Valley Watershed (1997 EA). Projects will occur at up to 21 strategic locations on the east side of Hwy 40 from Jordanelle Dam south to 700 N. 7. Discussion/Consideration of Resolution #18-17 for MIDA Agreements. 8. Discussion/Consideration Megan Probst is requesting a rezone of 20.50 acres from A-20 (Agricultural 20-acre lots) to RA-5 (Residential Agricultural 5-acre lots). The parcel (parcel #00-0008-4686) is located as approximately 1555 West 650 South in Section 1, Township 4 South, range 4 East in the South Fields area. Continued from the August 15, 2018 Meeting. Discussion/Consideration Vacation of the portion of the Hatch Right of Way, as recorded an April 25, 1910 in Wasatch County Book Nine of Deeds, page 130, running across the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop's property; Serial # OWC-2261-0-025-046, parcel # 00-00110-0003. This portion of the Hatch Right of Way has not been improved. For additional information, contact the Wasatch County Attorney. 2. Discussion/Consideration Temporary closure of Strawberry River Road for 1 year. 3. David Belcher is requesting a plat amendment to the Extension of Lot 209 of Timber Lakes Plat 2 to add an additional 14.318 acres from outside the subdivision to lot 209. The new lot would be 26.365 acres in size. Lot 209 is located at 8622 E Lake Creek Road with all parcels located in Section 4 of Township 4 South, Range 6 East in the Mountain (M) zone. 4. Berg Engineering, representative for Brett Walker, requests Preliminary Subdivision approval for Center Creek Meadows, a proposed 23 lot subdivision consisting of 36.8 acres located at approximately 2100 South 3600 East in Section 11, Township 4 South, Range 5 East in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) zone. 5. Ken Probst requests a Zone Map Amendment from Agriculture (A-20) to Industrial (I) for approximately 17.20 acres located at approximately 900 South 220 East adjacent to the Heber Valley Special Service District Sewer Treatment Plant and the Midway City Public Works Building. The proposed industrial use on the property is a new jam and syrup manufacturing facility for the Probst Farms and Nature's Hollow companies. November 20, 2018 Brent R.
