- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. Public hearing on a legislative application amending the City Code 11-7 and 11-10 concerning setback standard for lots having a slope greater than 10% In compliance with the ADA individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-782-7211 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
