- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NORTH OGDEN CITY Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on November 27th, 2018 beginning at 6pm or shortly after in the Council Chambers located at 505 E 2600 N, North Ogden, UT. The hearing will be held to receive comments on proposed amendments to the budget for Fiscal Year 2018-2019. Copies of proposed amendments are available for public inspection at the North Ogden City Offices, 505 E 2600 N. By Order of the City Council S. Annette Spendlove, MMC North Ogden City Recorder
