Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday December 5, 2018 to receive public input on the following: (1) Request to vacate Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Plat A of the Ashlee Ridge Subdivision, including public utility easements; and (2) Request for approval of Plat B of the Ashlee Ridge Subdivision to establish new lot configurations and new perimeter public utility easements. The City Council meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be conducted in the City Council Chambers at the Payson City Center, 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Additional information regarding the request may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Payson City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 465-5205 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
