Description/Agenda: The Wasatch County Fire Protection Special Service District (the 'District'), located in Wasatch County, Utah serving development within the District's service area boundary, intends to contract to prepare or amend an impact fee facilities plan ('IFFP') and impact fee analysis ('IFA') related to fire protection. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-503. The Service Area for this analysis is the District's service area boundary. You are hereby invited to provide information for the District to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Wasatch County Fire Protection District will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing District programs. Please contact Kristen Richardson at the Wasatch County Fire District office at 435-940-9636 in advance if you have special needs.
