- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by electronic or telephonic device. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of October 24, 2018 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed amendments to the Payson City Code, Title 19, Zoning Ordinance including Appendix A, Title 20, Subdivision Ordinance, and the Standard Specifications and Standard Plans. 7.
