TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION November 21, 2018 @ 7:00 p.m. Held at 212 N. Toquerville Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD DURING THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING NOVEMBER 21, 2018, CONVENING AT 7:00 P.M.: Item 1: Public input is sought on a Home Occupation Permit application submitted by Brett Jessop for a mobile automotive and handyman business located at 44 South Toquerville Boulevard, Tax ID # T-24, Toquerville, UT 84774. Property is zoned R-1-12. Item 2: Public input is sought on a Zone Change application submitted by Troy Wall and Wall Family Rentals located at the west end of Old Church Road, Property Tax ID # T-91-A-1-A-2. Parcel is approximately 23.86 acres. Current zoning is R-1-20. Proposed zoning is R-1-12. Item 3: Public input is sought on an ordinance amending Section 4-1 of title 10, Chapter 10A of the Toquerville City Code to require that the 30% reduction in the minimum frontage of a lot abutting a cul-de-sac located in the city's R-1-12 zoning district be measured along a line following the front minimum setback for the lot; and amending Section 1 of Title 10, Chapter 2 to repeal the declaration that any buildings separated by less than ten feet (10') shall be deemed attached and treated as one building for the purposes of complying with Title 10 of the Toquerville Code. Item 4: Public input is sought on an ordinance amending various sections of the Toquerville City Code to properly refer to the Board of Adjustments as the 'Appeal Authority' as defined and required by Part 7 of Chapter 9A, Title 10 of the Utah Code and the newly adopted Section 2, Chapter 3 of Title 10 of the Toquerville City Code. Copies of these proposals are available at the City Office located at 212 N. Toquerville Blvd. Toquerville, UT 84774. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Dana McKim at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in five places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
