Approval of the agenda and minutes from the September 20th and November 1st Planning Commission Meeting ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Discussion/Decision: Proposal of Amending the subdivision Fox Meadows Phase 5 into 2 separate phases. Requestor: Tri-Terra West 2. Discussion/Decision: Proposed for an Attached Accessory Apartment located at 3894 N 800 W Parcel 16-020-0008. Requestor: Cassey Smith 3. Discussion/Decision: Proposed of a Preliminary Subdivision Budge Farms located about 1500 west on the East side of Highway 89, parcels 19-014-0010 19-014-0061 and 19-014-0066.
