Consideration of requests for budget adjustments (Discussion and Possible Action)-Jared Steffey and Crystal Hulbert a. Increase the 3500 South sidewalk project between 7640 West and 7690 West (EFCCB160003) by $165,000, from 103,656 to $284,546, to preserve a $90,000 grant from UDOT. i. Reduce the 7200 West bridge on the Utah-Salt Lake Canal (CB150002) from $135,207 to $0. ii. Reduce the 7200 West project between SR201 and 3500 South (CJ3090002) by $29,793, from $40,395 to $10,602. b. Consideration of re-encumbering $553,132 in project funding. The projects were budgeted in prior years, but because of accounting changes the prior encumbrances were cancelled. This budget adjustment will encumber the funding in 2018.
