- VIRGIN TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held November 14, 2018 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Planning & Zoning Meeting At 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 clerk@virgin.utah.gov To accept public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING (VULU) CHAPTER ONE - BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS b. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING (VULU) CHAPTER NINE.
