NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Municipal Council of the City of Provo, Utah (the 'City') will hold a public hearing at 351 West Center Street, Provo, Utah, in the Municipal Council chambers on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at 5:30 P.M., regarding the proposed modification in terms of its outstanding Industrial Development Revenue Bond (Action Commercial Park, LLC) Series 2008 (the 'Bond') in the original principal amount of $9,000,000 (of which approximately $5,954,000 is currently outstanding). The Bond was originally issued for the purpose lending the proceeds of the Bond to Action Commercial Park, LLC or any affiliate thereof (the 'Borrower'), to pay all or a portion of the costs of acquiring, constructing, improving, and equipping a manufacturing facility for shooting range equipment and any related facilities to be located at approximately 2901 South Mountain Vista Parkway, Provo, Utah (the 'Project'). The Project was previously completed is owned by the Borrower and continues to be operated as a manufacturing facility. The hearing will be open to the public. Prior to the date of the hearing written comments may be submitted to the City Recorder's office located at 351 West Center Street, Provo, P.O. Box 1849, Utah, 84603, until 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. Additional information may be obtained from the City at its office shown above or by calling (801) 852-6504.
