NOTICE OF MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, commencing at 5:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Call to Order Flag Salute 1. ZONE CHANGE AMENDMENTS (ZCA) (Public Hearing) Consider a zone change amendment to the Sunbrook PD-R (Planned Development Residential) zone to decrease the overall park space by 0.04% to allow for one new single family lot in the Dolce Vista at Sunbrook Phase 1 subdivision. The representative is Brandon Anderson. Case No. 2018-ZCA-043 (Staff - Carol Davidson) 2. ZONE CHANGE (ZC) (Public Hearing) Consider a zone change from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 0.80 acres.
