NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY COUNCIL that the Wasatch County Council will hold a Public Hearing on November 21, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers to hear the following items: 1. Vacation of the portion of the Hatch Right of Way, as recorded an April 25, 1910 in Wasatch County Book Nine of Deeds, page 130, running across the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop's property; Serial # OWC-2261-0-025-046, parcel # 00-0010-0003. This portion of the Hatch Right of Way has not been improved. For additional information, contact the Wasatch County Attorney. 2. Temporary closure of Strawberry River Road for 1 year. ___________________________ Deputy Wasatch County Attorney Additional agenda items are anticipated to follow in subsequent public notices. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL COUNTY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
