- October 1, 2018 The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 18, 2018 in the city office located at 520 W Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider a propose zone change from A-2 to RE-15 to the parcel 19-014-0066, located on the East side of Highway 89 at about at about 1500 W.
