Salt Lake City, Utah This agenda is subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS: 1. Call meeting to order 2. Swear in New Board Members, Bradley Hieb & Mark Morgan 3. Nominate New Chair Person 4. Sign per diem 5. Review and approve minutes 6. Compliance report APPOINTMENTS: 9:30 A.M. - Tyler Hansen, Probation Interview - Request Early Release DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Review Licensing Requirements. 2. Review Supervision Requirements.
