- STATE RECORDS COMMITTEE MEETING Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Utah State Archives Building 346 S. Rio Grande St. Salt Lake City, UT 84101 NOTE: The Chair may recess at 12:00 p.m. and may reconvene at 12:30 p.m. for lunch when there are three or more hearings scheduled. AGENDA HEARINGS: Scott Gollaher v. Morgan County Attorney: Requesting access to records not previously provided. Nick Schou v. Kane County Water Conservancy District: Requesting fee waivers for three requests for records related to funding of Lake Powell pipeline, funds paid to consultants for federal approval of pipeline, and a new nuclear power plant. Melissa Frost v. Utah Valley University: Requesting access to 39 items denied related to investigation records. WITHDRAWN/POSTPONED HEARINGS: Chad Bennion v. Attorney General's Office: Requesting access to denied Attorney General Litigation Fund records for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and the assertion that this is a duplicate request. POSTPONED Mata v. Utah Department of Corrections (UDC): Requesting memorandum attached to re-assessment of 11/7/2017 by Hickory unit. WITHDRAWN Raphael Cordray v. Utah School & Institutional Trust Lands (SITLA): Requesting access to denied portion of requested records. POSTPONED Paul Amann v. Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST): Requesting access to denied portion of disciplinary records related to Kevin Pepper and any other staff of Attorney General Office.
