Presentation and discussion by Paul Morris, on behalf of the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA), regarding the Interlocal Agreement between the County and MIDA, including property tax and other funding allocations for properties in the MIDA control area and county control area. The Project Area was irrevocably created in 2014 between MIDA and Wasatch County.
