Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday July 18, 2018 to receive public input on a request to vacate lots 39 and 40 from Canyonway Subdivision Plat A, along with existing public utility easements on the lots. The affected parcels are located in the R-1-9 residential zone along 1170 South and 300 East. The applicant is proposing to establish Canyonway Subdivision Plat D, which will contain the two lots, with an amended boundary line between the lots and new perimeter public utility easements. The City Council meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be conducted in the City Council Chambers at the Payson City Center, 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Additional information regarding the request may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
