- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by electronic or telephonic device. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION - City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of May 23, 2018 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Request for preliminary and final approval of Plat E of the Sterling Grove Subdivision arranged on Utah County Parcels 30:026:0133 and 66:611:0407 located east of 100 West between 500 North and 600 North. The subdivision consists of six (6) single-family dwelling lots in the R-2-7.5, Residential Zone. 6.2 Review and recommendation of proposed amendments to Title 19, Zoning Ordinance, specifically the CC-1, Central Commercial Zone. 7. Commission and Staff Reports 8. Adjournment
