Property Tax ID# T-AHP-A-44-A. Zoning is R-1-20. 2. Discussion and Possible Action on a Subdivision Lot Line Adjustment Application Submitted by Jonathan Cheney. Consolidation of Property Tax ID# T-TRES-1-1 and T-TRES-1-25. Zoning is R-1-20. 3. Discussion and Possible Recommendation of Proposed Changes to Land Management Code Title 10-17-3: Bed and Breakfast Services, and Title 10-17-4: Nightly or Short Term Rentals. E.
