OPEN PUBLIC HEARING, to allow public input on the following items:
a. Continued from April 11, 2018 - Re-Opening Chapter 21, Resort Zone (RZ), which was originally designated for Zion River Resort.
b. Continued from April 11, 2018 - An Ordinance amending (VULU) Chapters sixteen, seventeen, twenty-four, and the various sub sections found within, which require updating to meet the changing needs of the Town and to accommodate the Towns desire to have the opportunity for affordable housing within Town boundaries.
c. An Ordinance amending and restating (VULU) Chapter eight, sections 8.2 Conditional Use Permits and 8.11 Limited Commercial Habitation.
d. A rezone request for parcel number # V-2140-A-4-A-1 from the Commercial Zone to the Highway Resort Zone.
