A. WORK MEETING/Non-Action Items: a. General Plan Discussion b. Chapter 8 (CUP) c. Chapter Sign Ordinance d. Home Occupation Business B. REGULAR MEETING/Action Items: 6:30 p.m. Town Hall 1. Call to Order - Chair Cameron Spendlove 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest. 3. Minutes: Possible approval of the Minutes from May 2017, December 2017, March 2018. C. PUBLIC HEARING: 4. Motion to CLOSE the Public Meeting and OPEN the Public Hearing OPEN PUBLIC HEARING, to allow public input on the following items: a. Re-Opening CHAPTER 21, Resort Zone (RZ), which was originally designated for Zion River Resort. b. An Ordinance amending (VULU) Chapters sixteen, seventeen, twenty-four, and the various sub sections found within, which require updating to meet the changing needs of the Town and to accommodate the Towns desire to have the opportunity for affordable housing within Town boundaries. 5. Motion to CLOSE the Public Hearing and OPEN the Public Meeting. OPEN FORUM: Limit 2 minutes per speaker: D. PUBLIC MEETING 6. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Lot Line Adjustment for parcel numbers V-2-1-21-2120 and V-2-1-21-2121 to combine the two parcels into one parcel number V-2-21-2121. 7. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Ordinance # 2018-10 Re-Opening CHAPTER 21, Resort Zone (RZ), which was originally designated for Zion River Resort. 8. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Ordinance # 2018-14 amending (VULU) Chapters sixteen, seventeen, twenty-four, and the various sub sections found within, which require updating to meet the changing needs of the Town and to accommodate the Towns desire to have the opportunity for affordable housing within Town boundaries.
