- NOTICE OF MEETING GREATER SALT LAKE MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 6:00 p.m. 2001 S. State Street, Council Chambers, N1-110 Salt Lake City, Utah 84190 (385) 468-6709 TTY 711 1. Call to Order-Joe Smolka, Chair 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Public Comments (3 minutes each) 4. Consideration of Minutes for March 14, 2018 (Approval) 5. Presentation by Animal Services (Presentation and Discussion)-Talia Butler 6. Land use training opportunities (Discussion and Possible Action)-Bart Barker 7. Land use legal counsel for metro townships and their planning commissions (Discussion and Possible Action)-Paulina Flint and Paul Ashton 8. Presentation on the MSD's Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) and the permit requirements (Presentation and Discussion)- Steven Burgon and Kade Moncur 9. Consideration of draft MSD Bylaws (Discussion)-Bart Barker and Rachel Anderson 10. Consideration of budget adjustments (Discussion and Possible Action)-Randy Allen a. Addition of $6,492 to complete 2017 Millcreek project on 900 East from 3900 South to 4500 South; money to come from surplus in completed Achilles Drive Culvert project at Neff's Creek in Millcreek. b. Transfer of $26,053 to a drainage project at 4700 S 5600 West from a completed project on the 7200 West Bridge at the Utah-Salt Lake Canal; West Valley designed the project, will pay half, and will do the construction this fall. 11. MSD financial report (Discussion)-Randy Allen 12. Other Metro Township, Unincorporated County Community Councils and Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District business (Discussion) 13. Adjourn
