- TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL City Council Special Work Meeting Public Meeting-Open House April 19, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Held at 212 N. Toquerville Blvd, Toquerville Utah A. CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order Mayor Lynn Chamberlain; Pledge of Allegiance-Paul Heideman; Invocation-Mike Ruesch 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflict from Councilmembers 3. Requests for Statements of Belief B. BUSINESS: 1. Break out Discussions of Toquerville City Councilmembers, Planning Commissioners, and the public on Land Management Code 10-17-3: Bed and Breakfast Services, and 10-17-4: Nightly or Short Term Rentals. C. ADJOURN: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Dana McKim at the City Office 435.635.1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Agenda will be posted on: the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org posted in four places at least 24 hours in advance of this meeting. The four places are: (1) City Office Board; (2) Toquerville Post Office Kiosk; (3) Cholla Park Kiosk; (4) Westfield Road Kiosk, and sent to the Spectrum Newspaper.
