REGULAR MEETING/Action Items: 6:30 p.m. Town Hall 1. Call to Order - Chair Cameron Spendlove 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest. 3. Possible approval of the Minutes from August 9, 2017, September 13, 2017, October 11, 2017 and November 8, 2017. C. PUBLIC HEARING: 4. Motion to CLOSE the Public Meeting and OPEN the Public Hearing OPEN PUBLIC HEARING, to allow public input on the following items: a. An Ordinance amending Chapter Four Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations, adding sub section 4.8 Carports to reflect the modification of the restrictions on location of car ports in residential districts and to separate and clarify the definitions of Chapters One, Four, and the renumbering of the sub sections. b. An Ordinance amending Chapter Five Standard for Nonconforming Buildings and Uses. c. A Rezone Request for parcel numbers # V-2-1-21-2126 and V-2-1-21-2127 from the Rural Residential Zone to the Commercial Zone. 5. Motion to CLOSE the Public Hearing and OPEN the Public Meeting. OPEN FORUM: Limit 2 minutes per speaker: D. PUBLIC MEETING 6. Presentation by Jack Ruggles - ATV Rentals 7. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Ordinance # 2018-12 amending Chapter Five Standard For Nonconforming Buildings and Uses. 8. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Ordinance # 2018-11 amending Chapter Four Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations, adding sub section 4.8 carports to reflect the modification of the restrictions on location of car ports in residential districts and to separate and clarify the definitions of Chapters One, Four, and the renumbering of the sub sections. 9. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Ordinance # 2018-13 Rezone parcel numbers # V-2-1-21-2126 and V-2-1-21-2127 from the Rural Residential Zone to the Commercial Zone. 10. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Conditional Use Permit Application for Parcel # V-2144-A-1-B for Short Term Rental use. This parcel is already located in the Highway Resort Zone and the Public Hearing was held February 14, 2018. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS: E. ADJOURN PUBLIC MEETING: 11. Motion to Adjourn Public Meeting.
