Swear in new Board Member, Jason Webb 4. Review and approve minutes 5. Nominate Chairperson, tabled from January meeting 6. Nominate Vice Chairperson, tabled from January meeting 7. Compliance report APPOINTMENTS: 9:20 A.M. - Amy Wilde, new probation interview 9:35 A.M. - Chad Wilburn, request additional ASUDCI license 9:50 A.M. - Todd Ash, probation update DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Supervision and CE discussion follow-up 2. Qualifications for licensure - 58-60-506 (2)(c)(ii) and (5)(c)(ii), Mr. Cortez 3. DOPL Investigation stats from 2016/2017 4.
