Salt Lake City, Utah This agenda is subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS: 1. Call meeting to order 2. Swear in Board Member 3. Conflict of Interest disclosure form 4. Nominate Chairperson 5. Nominate Vice Chairperson 6. Sign per diem 7. Review and approve minutes 8. Compliance report APPOINTMENTS: 9:30 A.M. - Sean Lamb, probation interview 9:45 A.M. - Tyler Hansen, probation interview 10:00 A.M. - Brian Tease, review application/CH 10:15 A.M. - Levi Bailey, review application/CH DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1.
