Page 1 MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLEASANT VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive, on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 6:30 PM. *** The Planning Commission will meet for a Holiday Dinner at 5:30 PM. The Regular meeting will begin at 6:30 PM, or following the dinner. *** AGENDA 6:30 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Approval of the agenda and minutes from the November 16, 2017 meeting LEGISLATIVE 1. Public Hearing/Discussion/Decision - Zone Change request by David Chugg for that property located at 1496 W 2700 N (Parcel Number 19-292-0002) comprising approximately 1.99 acres, changing the property from GWW (Gateway West) to C-3 2. Discussion/Decision on approving Resolution PC - 2017-01, setting a schedule and adopting the dates for 2018 Planning Commission Public Meetings. 3. Discussion on revisions to the zoning ordinance ADMINISTRATIVE (no administrative items) OTHER BUSINESS 4. Commission Communications 5.
