8. Review and possible recommendation of approval to Town Council of Ordinance #2017-6 amending Chapter 22 Highway Resort Zone to expand locations eligible for this zone.
9. Review and possible recommendation of approval to Town Council of Ordinance # 2017-5 expressly defining and prohibiting camping in any zone within the municipal boundaries of the Town except in approved and legal non-conforming campgrounds.
10. Review and possible recommendation of approval to Town Council of Ordinance #2017-3 establishing standards for leasing portions of a residential dwelling unit for periods of less than thirty (30) consecutive days while the owner of the residence still resides therein - also known as 'residential hosting.'
11. Review and possible recommendation of approval to Town Council of Ordinance # 2017-4 amending chapter 1 of the virgin uniform land use ordinance ('VULU') to include the definition of short-term rental ('STR') and residential hosting facility ('RHF') and other definitions related thereto.
