- AMENDED AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by electronic or telephonic device. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION - City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of August 9, 2017. 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 Review and recommendation of the Final Plat of Plat D of the Springside Meadows Development. 6.2 Review of Planning Commission Bylaws and Rules of Procedure for consideration of amendment and training. 7. Commission and Staff Reports 8. Adjournment I, Kim E.
