- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday July 5, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on Plat A and Plat B of the MWKB Subdivision. To developed the property as proposed, the applicant will need to obtain approval of the following land use applications: Plat A - The applicant is requesting use of the RMO-1 Overlay and Preliminary Plan and Final Plat approval to construct a twin home structure on Utah County Parcel 08-045-0024 located on the southeast corner of the intersection of 300 North and 300 East in the R-1-75, Residential Zone. Plat B - The applicant is requesting Preliminary Plan and Final Plat approval for a two (2) lot subdivision arranged on Utah County Parcel 08-044-0003 located on the southwest corner of the intersection of 300 North and 300 East in the R-1-75, Residential Zone. There is an existing dwelling on Lot 2 of the proposed subdivision.
