- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by Electronic Device. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION - City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of March 22, 2017 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Review and recommendation regarding a request for approval of an accessory living unit located at 1039 South 530 West in the R-1-9, Residential Zone (continued from March 22, 2017) 6.2 Review and recommendation regarding a request to amend a conditional use permit for Heritage Village Assisted Living Center located at 1173 S Turf Farm Road. 7.
