- AMENDED Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint work session beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Some councilmembers and planning commissioners may attend by electronic device. A. PRAYER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE B. WORK SESSION 1. Land Use and Infrastructure Planning 2. General discussion regarding the duties and responsibilities of the Planning Commission and City Council 3. Discussion regarding Title 2, Municipal Government C. ADJOURNMENT I, Kim E.
