Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 5, 2017 at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a request by Alan & Crystal Barben for approval of a conditional use permit to build a single family home on the NW Corner of 300 East and 700 South, located in an FPO-Flood Plain Overlay Zone. Additional information regarding the request may be obtained by contacting the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5204.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Payson City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 465-5205 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
