PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA THE SPRINGDALE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 15, 2017, AT SPRINGDALE TOWN HALL, 118 LION BLVD., SPRINGDALE, UT. THE MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 5:00 PM. Approval of agenda Commission discussion and announcements A. Action Items 1. Public Hearing - Ordinance Revision: Changes to Chapters 10-15, 10-17, and 10-24 of the Springdale Town Code pertaining to illumination, color, and materials of signage, as well as revisions to signage regulation for logos, and related items 2. Public Hearing - Ordinance Revision: Changes to Chapters 10-11, 10-22, 10-23, and 10-24 of the Springdale Town Code intended to promote pedestrian and bicycle travel, as well as revisions to the standards for open air display permits 3. Public Hearing - Ordinance Revision: Changes to Chapters 10-2, 10-3A, and 10-7A of the Springdale Town Code, removing conditional use permit allowances for public parking in the VR zone and rental of motorized recreational equipment, as well as revising the definition of 'power equipment' 4. Design/Development Review - Residential development on 109 Evie Lane, Lot 3 in the Compagno Crossing Subdivision - Kiersta Nofsinger and Chris White 5. Request for release of the subdivision improvements bond by Mountain Vista Development, Inc. for the Moenave Subdivision - Derek Ellis 6. Sign Permit Application: Suites at LaFave Gallery, 1214 Zion Park Boulevard - Kathy LaFave 7. Open Air Display Permit Application: Zion Adventure Company, 36 Lion Boulevard - Robby Brower B.
