- AGENDA HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., DECEMBER 1, 2016. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A. November 17, 2016 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Fred Burr, Wiggins and Associates - To present the 2015-2016 Audit Report. B. Kevin Pack, Little Bear Creek Subdivision - To request Final Plat approval for Phase 2 of Little Bear Creek Subdivision at approximately 225 North 600 West consisting of 27 single family building lots. 10. INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS: A. Ordinance 16-10 - An ordinance amending Title 17 (the Zoning Ordinance) of the Hyrum City Municipal Code by adding Sections 17.48.150 and 17.49.150 permitting and setting design standards for self storage units in Manufacturing Zones; and omitting commercial storage units in all Commercial Zones Sections 17.44.020 and 17.45.020. B. Resolution 16-30 - A resolution appointing Councilmember Paul James as Hyrum City's Representative to the Cache Mosquito Abatement District. C. Resolution 16-31 - A resolution amending and adopting the Hyrum City Square Pavilion, Salt Hollow Park Pavilion, Blacksmith Park Pavilion, and AJ's Park Rental Fee and Deposit Schedule. D. Resolution 16-32 - A resolution amending the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual for Hyrum City Corporation to set travel and training per diem at the IRS Meal Standard Allowance. 11. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Consideration and appointment to Hyrum Senior Board. B. Consideration and appointment to Hyrum Historic Commission. C. Mayor and City Council reports. 12.
