- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by Electronic Device. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION - City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of September 28, 2016. 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 Review and decision regarding inactive land use applications. 6.2 Discussion regarding the South Utah County Active Transportation Plan. 7. Commission and Staff Reports 8.
