Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 18, 2015 to receive public input on the proposed Wignall Annexation located east of the existing municipal boundaries generally between State Route 198 and 400 North, and between 1200 East and 1600 East (approximately 2400 West and 2000 West, Utah County coordinate system). The proposed annexation includes ten (10) parcels and contains approximately one hundred three (103) acres with a majority of the property used for agriculture and other farming activities.

The City Council meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be conducted in the City Council Chambers at the Payson City Center, 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Additional information regarding the proposed annexation may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.

Notice of Special Accommodations:

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Payson City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 465-5205 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
